At CRDC Enterprises, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care to ensure that all dry fruit products are packed hygienically and delivered in good condition. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of dry fruits, returns are accepted only under specific conditions:

• Incorrect product delivered
• Damaged or spoiled product at the time of delivery
• Missing items in the order

2. Return Request Timeframe

Any return or replacement request must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order. Requests raised after this period may not be considered.

3. Refund Policy

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed based on the original mode of payment.

• Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after approval
• Bank processing time may vary depending on the payment provider
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side

4. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement products will be shipped after verification.

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Products opened or used after delivery
• Orders returned without valid reason
• Items damaged due to customer mishandling
• Discounted or clearance items (unless damaged)

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
